The Telegraphs section contains the following issues : Imperial telegraphic communication, censorship of telegrams. The Financial Section deals with the conversion of government paper and the gold reserve. The Railways section deals with : Jharriah Connection survey, rolling stock on Indian Survey, proposal of permanent bridge on Hooghly. proposed additional railway facilites, new railway projects, railway commission, Burma-Shan-China-Mandalay Kulon line. The Miscellaneous section contains : alleged adulteration of Indian and Ceylon teas, issues related to Jute and Indigo, Manufacture of Iron and Steel in India, Trade with Persia, Boiler Commission report, license for transport of Dynamite.
