The Municipal Section deals with improvement of the city and greivances of Carters.The Telegraph section deals with the telegraphic communication to Andaman, official telegraphic code vocabulary, cersorship of telegram,. The Financial Section deals with Municipal Corporation and temporary loans, proposed abolition of Calcutta Mint. The Railways section highlights : block of Jute at Domar, Rungpur, supply of wagons at East India Company, Proposed railway line for Hooghly, Assam, Darjeeling. The Miscellaneous section deals with : Trade with Persia, charging of English Income Tax, list of Holidays, rules regarding the grant for license, metric system of weights and measures, Indian tea in Russia, improvement of waterways, accomodation of witnesses in the High Court, Improvement of Indian Cotton, royalty on Sabai Grass, trade in Indian Tea, Improvemennt of Waterways, commercial education, Alipur Reformatory school, Admission of foreigners into Turkestan.
