The Postal and telegraph section includes : Ca;cuutas general Post Office, Post Office Holidays, The Australian Mail, Semaphoric Mail, telegraph office at Saugor Island. The Railways section includes : Railway finance, proposed railway tracks, railway traffic statistics. The Financial Section includes : Issues related to Indian Stamp Act, stamp duty on share transaction, reveiw of the trade of India, coinage and stamps for India. The Municipal section includes : Corporation of Calcutta, roads in Calcutta, Calcutta Municpal Act, streetencraochment, hackney carriages, poster advertising, street advertisement. The Miscellaneous section includes : The Legislative councils, late shipment of peice-goods, the Opium trade, competition of jail industries with private nterprise, grain bags for South Africa, trade in Jute manufactured goods with Australia, Plague regulations, weighment of jute at mills, prevention of of the introduction of insect pests and fungoid disease, The Indian Petroleum Act, The King Emperor's Birthday Holidays, crop forecasts, storage of sugar, commercial education, The Census of 1911, Consular Appointments.
