Note on item : On account of the problematic binding, the pages are askew since they could not be straightened. Some text is obscured for the same reason. The spine cannot be photographed because of the extent of damage. On one of the cover pages, the price has been cut out due to the paper cutting method. There is a notice from the editor in the volume which apologises for the delay in the publication of the journal.
